We are looking for a business-first leader to build and scale strategic partnerships. This role goes beyond pure BD, it is about unlocking growth, reducing execution risk, enabling financing, and creating long-term revenue engines through alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and scale high-impact partnerships with:Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Channel partners, Operators (schools, hospitals, co-living, commercial tenants)
- Act as the single owner for partner lifecycle: onboarding - activation - scale
- Drive alliances that solve liquidity and funding challenges in construction projects
- Ensure predictable lead flow and revenue contribution via partners
- Own partnership-driven pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and Ops teams to institutionalise partnerships
- Partner with founders / CXOs on growth strategy
- Represent the company in senior external forums
- Build scalable systems, not dependency on individuals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-8+ years of experience in:
- Real Estate / Construction / Infra / PropTech
- Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Corporate Development, or BD leadership
- Ability to negotiate complex commercial structures
- Experience working with CXOs, founders, or board-level stakeholders
- Experience scaling partnerships in zero-to-one or growth-stage environments
- Strong business judgment, not just relationship management
