We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Business Operations to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across multiple cities.

What You'll Do :

- Lead business operations across cities and functions.

- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency metrics.

- Establish and optimize SOPs, governance frameworks, and business processes.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Build performance dashboards and drive data-backed decision-making.

- Lead strategic initiatives focused on growth, expansion, automation, and process transformation.

- Conduct regular business reviews and drive accountability across teams.

- Build and mentor high-performing operations teams.

What We're Looking For :

- 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, sales or operations from Consumer Tech or Startup Operations.

- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-city operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience driving operational excellence and process improvements.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

- MBA preferred.
