Role Overview



The Manager Channel Partnership will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth through strategic partnerships and alliances. This role involves leading channel development initiatives, managing high-value partner relationships, and executing scalable business models to expand Brick & Bolts presence across the Bangalore region.


The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic acumen, people management skills, and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems.



Key Responsibilities



- Develop and lead the regional channel partnership strategy aligned with the organizations overall business goals.



- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic channel partners to drive business expansion and customer acquisition.



- Manage and mentor a regional partnership team, ensuring consistent performance, partner engagement, and revenue delivery.



- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to maximize mutual growth and profitability.



- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and implement joint go-to market strategies.



- Analyze regional performance metrics, partner ROI, and business outcomes to optimize channel effectiveness.



- Drive partner enablement programs, including training, support, and incentive structures.



- Leverage market intelligence to identify new partnership opportunities, competitive insights, and business trends.



- Represent Brick & Bolt at industry events, partner meets, and regional forums to enhance market presence and brand reputation.



Requirements



- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).



- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or business

development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or regional management capacity.



- Proven experience in building and scaling channel networks in fast-growing or tech-enabled environments (real estate/construction domain preferred).



- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.



- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.



- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.



- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
