WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Lead brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (organic + paid).
- Manage PPC campaigns via Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Drive social media marketing on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Oversee content creation and creatives using Canva.
- Execute product launches, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
- Ensure website UI consistency, data integrity, and compliance reviews.
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand development and digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in digital campaigns, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and social media platforms.
- Experience in leading content creation and creative design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to analyze KPIs, optimize ROI, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS | IDEALLY YOU HAVE:
- MBA in Marketing , branding and communication from Tier-1 ,Tier-2 college.
- Experience in scaling digital marketing operations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to product launch strategies and collaboration with external stakeholders.
