Branding & Communications Manager

Location: Ecoworld, Bengaluru (Work From Office). Shift Timing: Day Shift (India Time). Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days. Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional in branding, internal communications, and event management to lead and execute high-impact initiatives. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual who can work seamlessly with multiple teams to deliver engaging internal and external communications and execute large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branding & Communications (External & Internal): Manage key branding initiatives, including social media, video production, digital assets, conferences, PR, and flagship events. Design and maintain intranet sites with regular content updates, provide ad-hoc communications support, and stay updated on best practices.

- Content & Marketing: Plan and execute strategic content schedules for campaigns and events. Write high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, and internal sites. Prepare presentations and create engaging emailers. Monitor trends in the technology hiring market.

- Program Management & Governance: Enable communications for branding and innovation programs. Track and report on program success using key metrics.

- Event Management: Manage multiple initiatives and coordinate with internal and regional stakeholders. Liaise with various departments, including Corporate Services, IT, and Corporate Security, to ensure the successful execution of events, and support HR-led recruitment events with logistical planning.

Skills:

Required Skills:

- Project Management: Strong project management, organizational, and administrative abilities.

- Content Writing: Proven ability in content writing, copywriting, and proofreading.

- Event Management: Experience managing and executing large-scale events.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HTML for creating emailers.

Preferred Skills:

Analytical: Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking metrics.

Strategic: A detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative mindset.

Education & Experience

Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in branding, communications, and event management.
