About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Brand Strategist & Business Development leader who can combine strategic brand building with business growth. The ideal candidate should have CXO-level networks, a proven history of large-scale sales (20 Cr in a quarter, 7080 Cr annually), and experience in P&L ownership.
This role offers a competitive fixed salary + aggressive variable incentive model, ensuring you are rewarded for the revenue you bring in.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive large-ticket business deals and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Leverage existing CXO connects to close high-value partnerships with leading brands.
- Deliver consistent sales growth aligned with organizational objectives.
Brand Strategy & GTM
- Build end-to-end GTM strategies for clients, from positioning to execution.
- Partner with clients on brand vision, growth opportunities, and consumer engagement models.
- Translate insights into actionable business & marketing strategies.
Financial & P&L Ownership
- Take charge of P&L responsibilities ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Align business development efforts with financial objectives.
Leadership & Client Engagement
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and client CXOs.
- Mentor and guide internal teams in business development, strategy, and client management.
- Build long-term, trust-driven relationships with large enterprises and top-tier brands.
