About the role:

As the leader of our Strategy practice, you will drive the discipline into a new era of insights and business solutions. Your role goes beyond traditional strategy responsibilities-crafting audience, market, and product insights, building robust communication strategies, and collaborating with client teams and partner agencies to develop impactful marketing solutions.

As a Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the agency's approach to problem- solving, ensuring that brand and consumer needs align seamlessly. You will be responsible for developing insight-driven strategies that not only address client objectives but also push boundaries in the industry. Your role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and market trends.

- Understand C Develop consumer digital behaviour insight and trends.

- Analyse the role and impact of various digital touch points on client's business and marketing strategies.

- Synthesize, write C present key findings to develop insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy.

- Deliver brand plans C impact at both implementation and strategic levels.

- Ignite the generation of creative ideas.

- Map strategic inputs and needs to creative manifestation, client objectives, and business impact.

- Participating in thought leadership initiatives discussion with partners and clients

- Provide on-going updates to the team of industry trends, issues, and best practices for relevant categories.

1. Defining the Business Situation and Task:

- Understand the client's current market position, challenges, and opportunities.

- Identify the core task that the client has handed over to the agency.

2. Arriving at the Problem:

- Identify the biggest barrier preventing the client from achieving their business ambition.

- Work towards uncovering key insights that define the strategic challenge.

3. Identifying Opportunities to Overcome Challenges:

- Leverage consumer insights, cultural trends, category dynamics, and business environments to uncover key opportunities.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies that could impact brand strategies.

4. Defining the Strategic Task for the Agency:

- Develop strategic frameworks that tap into identified opportunities to solve brand challenges.

- Ensure that the agency's approach aligns with both business objectives and creative excellence.

5. Being the Voice of the Consumer and the Brand:

- Maintain a balance between brand messaging and consumer needs to foster strong relationships.

- Ensure all strategic recommendations resonate with both the brand's vision and the audience's expectations.

6. Thinking Proactively:

- Look beyond immediate briefs to anticipate future challenges and opportunities for clients.

- Continuously track industry trends, consumer behaviors, and category insights to provide proactive recommendations.

7. Remaining Curious:

- Engage in projects outside immediate client assignments to expand strategic thinking and industry knowledge.

- Stay informed on new methodologies, case studies, and research that can enhance strategic outputs.

8. Measuring Success:

- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of agency work.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Convert high-performing campaigns into case studies that showcase strategic success.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-5 years of experience in Brand strategy C Planning experience

- Proven success in managing senior client relationships and delivering strategic business impact.

- Ability to synthesize data and research into actionable insights.

- Strong storytelling skills to make strategy more idea-driven and insight-led.

- Experience in managing and mentoring teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in marketing strategy.
