Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing specialist with a strong background in marketing operations, team coordination, and advanced Excel skills.
This role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the analytical mindset to support marketing operations using Excel-based tools and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the operational side of marketing projects
- Act as a central point of contact between internal teams (creative, product, sales) to align project timelines and deliverables.
- Liaise with agencies, and freelancers to ensure smooth delivery of project assets.
- Use Excel to track campaign performance, budget allocations, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing operations, documents, and deliverables.
- Maintain organized documentation and workflow management systems for all marketing projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
