Leading Consumer Electronic Brand is hiring for Brand Sales Manager - Delhi Total Exp: 13 Yrs Please Note : Candidates from PC, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, servers, and storage background preferred Roles and Responsibilities - Preparing market-level sales and distribution strategy and execution plans - Recruit and build a strong capable sales team - Identify and appoint high-potential and highly committed distribution partners as per the distribution plan - Drive Sell In / Sell Out / Sell through targets achievement - Maximise quarterly active SI/VAR partner base - Stock management at all channel levels - Pricing management - Drive local-level marketing and sales activation programs with support from marketing teams - Ensure product training/demo experience management for sales team/distribution partners / SI partners sales teams Desired Candidate Profile - A well-accomplished Sales Leader preferably working with or has worked with PC, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, servers, and storage businesses as an account manager/area manager in the most important area of a particular market for a period of at least 3+ years. Total work experience in Sales should be 13+ years - Excellent knowledge of Distribution Management within SI/VAR channel - Database of the entire SI/VAR network within the territory that the candidate is going to manage. - Very good understanding of Key Account Mapping and Key Account Relationship management - Sales team management - Understanding of pricing structures/rate contracts/tenders / GEM business - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. - Highly accomplished at achieving or exceeding set targets - Strongly demonstrated past achievements highlighting entrepreneurial zeal to drive business with high ownership. - MBA from a reputed institute
