Description: Our client is seeking a strategic leader to drive collaborations and scale the brands presence across digital platforms.
This role goes beyond campaign executionits about building and owning the influencer ecosystem, forging highimpact partnerships, and shaping how the brand engages with audiences through creators.
Location: Bengaluru (5 days work from office)
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Ecosystem Development: - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and digital communities aligned with brand values.
Strategic Partnerships: - Forge collaborations with agencies, platforms, and partners to amplify reach and impact.
Campaign Leadership: - Design and execute endto-end influencer campaignsfrom concept to deliveryensuring measurable outcomes in brand affinity and business growth.
Content CoCreation: - Collaborate with creators to develop authentic, engaging content tailored for diverse digital platforms.
Performance Measurement: - Define KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: - Work closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader brand narratives.
Trendspotting & Innovation: - Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and creator economy shifts to keep the brand at the forefront.
Compliance & Governance: - Ensure all partnerships and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or digital brand strategy.
- Proven success in building and scaling influencer ecosystems for consumerfacing brands.
- Strong network within the creator economy, with ability to identify and engage highimpact voices.
- Expertise in digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and emerging social channels.
- Datadriven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a flair for relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial spiritcomfortable working in dynamic, fastpaced environments.
