-We are hiring for Brand Role in Stock Broking Company-

location - Mumbai Thane

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution - ideal for someone who's part storyteller, part strategist, and part execution ninja.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Identity

- Define and drive the overarching brand strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Establish and evolve 5paisa's brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and teams.

2. Integrated Campaigns

- Plan and execute high-impact 360- brand campaigns across digital, TV, and influencer channels.

- Collaborate with media, creative, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and brand lift; implement learnings for future activations.

3. Content & Storytelling

- Own the brand messaging across customer touchpoints - from social media to product comms.

- Oversee development of brand films, product explainer videos, social storytelling formats, etc.

- Craft compelling narratives that humanize finance and simplify complex investment concepts.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product, Growth, HR, Tech, and CX teams to embed brand voice across all touchpoints.

- Work closely with the HR team to lead employer branding initiatives under the "Life at 5paisa" umbrella.

- Liaise with customer insights and analytics teams to drive data-backed brand decisions.

5. Agency & Vendor Management

- Manage creative, media, and production agencies - from briefing to execution.

- Evaluate agency performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure brand consistency in all deliverables.

6. Brand Health & Market Intelligence

- Track key brand health metrics (awareness, recall, consideration, NPS).

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant.

7. Special Projects & Brand Innovations

- Identify and lead high-impact brand-led initiatives (partnerships, IPs, sponsorships, etc.).

- Explore new platforms and formats (podcasts, reels, live formats, etc.) to extend brand storytelling.

- Drive experimentation in digital-first and hyper-local branding strategies.
