Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for premium and luxury products. The role requires expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, and creative storytelling to drive awareness, engagement, and preference among high-net worth and aspirational customers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce luxury brand positioning.

- Collaborate with global and domestic brand partners for co-branded activations, launches, and events.

- Lead digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy with a premium aesthetic.

- Manage PR, influencer relations, and experiential marketing initiatives tailored to luxury audiences.

- Conduct consumer and market research to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.

- Oversee creative development ensuring consistency in tone, imagery, and storytelling.

- Track campaign performance and deliver insights on ROI.

- Manage and optimise marketing budgets.

Desired Profile:

- MBA/PG in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

- 4-8 years of brand/marketing experience in luxury, retail, lifestyle, or fashion sectors.

- Strong understanding of premium/luxury customer segments and buying behaviour.

- Proven expertise in digital, influencer, and experiential marketing.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
