Our client is US based Marketing Analytics firm who provides business solutions to their clients.  Roles and responsibilities :   - Work with clients to understand their financials, marketing metrics and data and project requirements  - Work with different teams to understand client issues, convert them into data problems, analyze these problems.   - Independently manage day-to- day delivery of results along with team of analysts, ensure project deliverables are on-track at all times  Team management role : act as leader of the team and lead appraisal process and day-to- day team management and team building activities.  - Ability to work with complex spreadsheets with reams of financial data & supervise analysts working on the same  - Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain.  - Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks  - Should be interested in converting business issues into analytical problems, dealing with large and complex datasets and teasing out insights from data  Qualifications :   - 3 - 5 years of management consulting experience is ideal, with exposure to working in the CPG/FMCG domain  - Good understanding of Consumer Goods Industry  - Candidate should be MBA/PGDM passed out from Tier 1 B School (IIM/XLRI/IIT)
