We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in both brand and product marketing to drive our marketing initiatives across the brands' business verticals including broking, investing, and mutual funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product & brand marketing strategies to enhance the brand's market presence
- Leading GTM efforts for new launches, features, or campaigns across our ecosystem
- Collaborating with creative, media, growth, and influencer teams to bring brand stories to life
- Create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and creative
- Analyze marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Work closely with marketing channels to ensure integrated marketing approaches
- Work along with creative agencies, craft sharp briefs and manage the same
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-9 years of experience in brand and product marketing roles
- Strong creative instincts - with a portfolio of campaigns that moved the needle
- Experience working across digital channels (paid, organic, influencer, social)
- Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments with multiple moving parts
- Bonus: Knowledge of Indian stock markets, mutual funds, or investing categories
- Proven track record in consumer-facing industries (e.g., Swiggy, BlinkIt, Spotify or similar companies)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Indian stock markets and financial products
- Personal experience with trading or mutual fund investments
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in financial services marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
