What You'll Do:

You'll be the growth driver and brand champion of Love Depot - using sharp business acumen,insights from data, and creative thinking to grow topline, profitability, and brand salience. You'll build growth-focused marketing strategies while also crafting campaigns that connect with audiences and push cultural boundaries, ensuring our brand voice comes alive across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Business Growth:

- Build full-funnel campaigns driving awareness, conversion, and loyalty.

- Drive topline and profitability through performance-focused initiatives.

- Develop product positioning, brand narratives, and campaign toolkits across categories.

- Partner with Media, SEO, Product, Ops, Customer Care, and Retention teams to fuel efficient topline growth and LTV.

- Own key metrics, analyse performance, and optimize funnel for efficiency and ROAS.

Communication & Creative:

- Own creative storytelling across social, performance, influencer strategy, and retention comms.

- Ensure brand consistency across all assets - digital, retention, website, on-ground, press.

- Lead influencer collabs, content partnerships, and social storytelling that build brand love and cultural relevance.

Insights & Planning:

- Deep dive into consumer behaviour, competitive landscape, and category trends to inform strategy.

- Initiate research initiatives and convert insights into growth and comms plans.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

- Are a business-first marketer who loves data, growth, and accountability - but also thrives on building brands people talk about.

- Are comfortable using metrics to guide creative strategy and vice versa. i.e. you can track what's moving the business, understand what's driving (or dragging) performance, and translate data into creative action.

- Have 6-8 years of B2C marketing experience with at least 1-2 in a managerial role.

- Are itching to get your hands dirty with agencies, creators, and cross-functional partners.

- Understand D2C playbooks and love the hustle of owning brand + growth together.

- Are excited by taboo-busting work and want to reshape how India talks about pleasure.

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.
