Brand Marketing - focused on building the brand's presence across the DevTool ecosystem through high-impact campaigns, collaborations, and initiatives that deepen engagement with high-fit ICP accounts.
This role is a great fit for someone who is creative, bold, and deeply excited about building brands people remember. You'll work closely with the founders and the GTM leadership team to shape the brand narrative - how we show up in the market, how we're talked about, and how we stand out in a crowded DevTool ecosystem.
What Will You Be Working On?
- Conceptualizing and executing bold brand campaigns that makethe brand memorable in the DevTool and GTM ecosystem
- Coming up with out-of-the-box, viral-worthy ideas such as content, stunts, collaborations, launches, and narratives
- Building brand moments around launches, reports, events, conferences, and cultural moments
- Collaborating with creators, designers, and agencies (especially in US and global markets) to bring ideas to life
- Experimenting with formats such as video, social media, community-led campaigns, and experiential marketing ideas
- Owning brand execution end-to-end: idea - execution - distribution - learning
- Helping thebrand build a distinct, memorable, category-defining brand
What Would Help You Excel in This Role
1. Someone who naturally thinks in ideas and narratives
2. Comfortable taking creative risks and trying unconventional approaches
3. Strong execution bias - you don't stop at "this would be cool"
4. Experience working with or managing creators, freelancers, or agencies
5. Exposure to US or global markets and sensibilities is a strong plus
6. Enjoy operating in early-stage environments with high ownership
7. Prior experience in a creative agency is a plus
