Were seeking a strategic Brand Marketing Leader to define and scale our digital-first brand for students and global immigrants. This role will own brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling to build trust, consideration, and long-term preference. Youll lead integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels, grounded in consumer insights and strong brand metrics. Working closely with product, growth, and leadership teams, youll drive brand-led growth at scale. Qualification:
- Masters/bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Sustained and measurable growth in brand search volume and organic traffic across key markets.
- Significant improvement in brand awareness, trust, consideration, and long-term preference.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own our digital-first brand strategy, positioning, narrative, and brand voice for students and global immigrants, building a category-defining fintech brand with strong emotional connect.
- Drive brand-led growth by owning key outcomes such as organic traffic, brand search growth, and improvements in brand trust, consideration, and preference.
- Lead consumer research, brand tracking, and cultural insight studies to deeply understand immigrant journeys, motivations, and trust drivers, translating insights into strong narratives and creative briefs.
- Lead end-to-end creative execution across brand campaigns, digital storytelling, brand films, short-form video, copywriting, design, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to scale creative and content production, building AI-assisted brand systems that ensure speed, consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including large-scale on-ground activations at airports, US university campuses, and key immigrant touchpoints, with strong digital amplification.
- Own brand health metrics and KPIs including awareness, consideration, preference, brand search lift, organic growth, engagement, recall, and sentiment, partnering with growth and analytics teams to link brand impact to business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional and external collaboration by managing in-house creative teams, agencies, PR and media partners; owning compliance across communications; leading media planning and buying; and managing brand budgets with clear ROI focus
