This role is not just about execution, it's about vision, anticipation, and leadership where you will work closely with the founders, owning strategic marketing decisions, driving brand positioning, and building a team with the hunger to grow with a booming sector. Key Responsibilities: - Lead marketing strategy & brand building aligned with business growth, positioning as a category leader in plant protein and wellness. - Drive brand storytelling & collaborations with creators, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify awareness and category reach. - Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels, balancing creativity with commercial impact. - Explore new growth opportunities (podcasts, summits, events) while ensuring consistent brand experience. - Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, acting as a strategic partner to founders and supporting P&L management. - Ensure agile execution & ROI-driven marketing, managing budgets effectively for maximum impact.
