Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Business Growth:
- Build full-funnel campaigns driving awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
- Drive topline and profitability through performance-focused initiatives.
- Develop product positioning, brand narratives, and campaign toolkits across categories.
- Partner with Media, SEO, Product, Ops, Customer Care, and Retention teams to fuel efficient topline growth and LTV.
- Own key metrics, analyse performance, and optimize funnel for efficiency and ROAS.
Communication & Creative:
- Own creative storytelling across social, performance, influencer strategy, and retention comms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets - digital, retention, website, on-ground, press.
- Lead influencer collabs, content partnerships, and social storytelling that build brand love and cultural relevance.
Insights & Planning:
- Deep dive into consumer behaviour, competitive landscape, and category trends to inform strategy.
- Initiate research initiatives and convert insights into growth and comms plans."
