Description:
Looking for a Regional Brand Manager South to own and strengthen brand presence across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, with a deep focus on the Kerala market.
This role is responsible for ensuring that Vilvahs brand narrative, positioning, and campaigns feel locally relevant, culturally rooted, and emotionally resonant, while staying true to the core brand DNA.
This is a high-ownership role, working closely with founders and central marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Brand Ownership:
- Own brand strategy and execution for Tamil Nadu & Kerala
- Lead Kerala-focused brand initiatives using local consumer insights
- Translate national brand narratives into regionally relevant campaigns
Brand & Communication:
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, storytelling, and visual identity
- Guide communication across:
- Social media
- Website & product messaging
- Campaign creatives
- Packaging & offline assets
- Work closely with communication designers, content teams, and agencies
Campaign & Execution:
- Conceptualize and execute regional brand campaigns (digital + offline)
- Lead seasonal, cultural, and festival-based initiatives (Onam, Vishu, Pongal, etc.)
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and regional partners
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with growth, performance, content, and retail teams
- Align brand objectives with business goals
- Ensure seamless execution from idea rollout review
Brand Health Tracking:
- Monitor brand awareness, recall, and engagement in the region
- Use consumer feedback and performance insights to refine strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4 - 7 years of experience in FMCG / D2C / Beauty / Personal Care
- Strong exposure to Kerala consumer market
- Deep understanding of:
- Regional culture & language nuances
- Consumer buying behavior
- Brand-led growth
