Social media and Brand Manager Role: Social Media & Brand Manager Reporting to: CEO Location: Mumbai Job description: The incumbent will be responsible for: - Social Media Campaign & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives. - Responsible for creating campaign strategy along with complete execution of the same. Responsible for buying online media properties aiming at asset creation. - Grow and expand brands' social media presence into new social media platforms, along with facilitating increased presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to the website. - Negotiating with advertising sales agents to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures. - Managing budgets and monitoring campaign costs and ROI metrics. - Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand the brand's reach and credibility. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports on key insights and recommendations. - Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to optimize strategy. - Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with cross-functional teams including advertising, product development, and brand management Requirements: - 2+ years in Social Media campaign management and Marketing - Proficiency in the use of graphic design software - Excellent written communication skills - Understanding of digital marketing concepts
