Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to join our team in Delhi, tasked with shaping the identity and market presence of our growing portfolio. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end brand lifecycle, translating consumer insights into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external creative agencies, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- By driving integrated campaigns and managing high-impact communication strategies, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our market share and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives to strengthen our market positioning and consumer recall.
- Lead the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, overseeing everything from creative conceptualization to media planning and performance analysis.
This is a simple role for a candidate with D2C brand management experience. We are looking for someone who has aced stints in the following functions:
- Handling a team
- Influencer marketing
- Performance marketing
- NPD initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior D2C experience is preferred, but extensive agency experience works equally well.
