Brand Manager - Skin & Baby Care

Position: Brand Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Craft annual brand plan and drive fully on time, in full execution of the same.

- Understand category, evolving consumers, qualitative and quantitative data to draw sharp insights.

- Partner with creative, media and digital agencies to ensure planned brand activities execution in effective manner.

- Understand need gaps and work on NPDs ideas, concepts and marketing mix to develop a robust pipeline for the brand.

- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals as well as brand health metrics (ROI and KPIs).

- Work with the trade marketing, ecomm teams to co-ordinate trade activities, instore executions and marketplaces support.

- Establish effective relationships with cross-functional teams in order to drive commercially effective and timely work.

- Regularly visit markets monitor in-market performance, trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

- Annual budgeting and periodic monitoring of spends and their efficacy.

Desired Candidature:

- Experience of minimum 5 years in skincare/ baby care categories

- Candidate from OTC/FMCG/Pharma industry

- Strategic thinker with strong hold on execution

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- High collaboration and ability to work in matrix hierarchy
