In this position, you will assume ownership of the brand's image, develop a holistic brand strategy, convert it into practical initiatives, and implement dynamic marketing campaigns across diverse channels, all aimed at maintaining a robust and unified brand image. RESPONSIBILTIES: - Assume brand ownership and formulate the brand strategy, encompassing the creation of style guidelines, brand standards, brand vision, and value proposition for both immediate and long-term goals. - Translate the brand strategy into a comprehensive brand plan and a go-to-market strategy. - Strategize and implement communication and media campaigns across offline, online, and social media platforms. - Develop all-encompassing brand and marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand recognition and cultivating brand affinity. - Utilize data, customer insights, feedback, and a customer-centric approach to gain a deep understanding of the customer journey, identifying growth opportunities and optimizations at each stage. - Ensure that marketing and communication efforts adhere to established timelines and effectively manage expectations with various stakeholders. - Stay current with market trends, scrutinize consumer insights, and analyse competitor strategies. - Provide guidance on advertising and promotion budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to drive effective execution and performance. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: - 2+years of work experience in Brand Marketing - Ability to articulate ideas and key objectives - Stakeholder and agency management is a must - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders - MBA in Marketing/Brand Management preferred
