Brand Manager - Personal Care/Beauty/Cosmetics Industry

Role: Brand Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving business topline and bottom-line targets for assigned product segments.

- Drive NPD processes, ensuring delivery of new products as per the NPD pipeline.

- Develop brand and product communications across hair care, hair colors, oils, powders and shampoo categories.

- Liaise with in-house cross-functional teams and creative agencies to deliver planned marketing activities.

- Conduct data analysis using internal sales data and Nielsen data.

- Conduct brand and product research to identify market and consumer insights.

- Coordinate with suppliers, advertising agencies, media agencies, event managers, market research firms and sales teams.

- Drive market communication, image and brand building, while training, leading, developing and managing professional associates.
