About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Brand Manager Marketplaces to manage and grow our brand presence across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visibility, sales, and profitability, while ensuring consistent brand positioning, promotional effectiveness, and consumer engagement.

This role requires strong analytical, creative, and cross-functional collaboration skills to achieve business growth objectives in the digital retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy & Brand Growth

- Develop and execute brand growth strategies across marketplaces to maximize visibility and sales.

- Manage end-to-end brand operations listings, pricing, promotions, content, and inventory.

- Analyze sales performance and optimize product portfolio and pricing strategies.

- Collaborate with platform category managers to plan campaigns, visibility, and deals.

- Drive P&L ownership for marketplace business to meet revenue and margin goals.

Brand Marketing & Content Optimization

- Ensure brand representation aligns with company identity and product positioning.

- Optimize product listings with SEO-driven titles, images, A+ content, and descriptions.

- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visuals, videos, and banners.

- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark product placement, pricing, and campaigns.

Campaigns, Promotions & Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and flash sale campaigns across marketplaces.

- Work with marketing and performance teams on sponsored ads, PPC, and keyword optimization.

- Analyze campaign ROI and adjust marketing spend to maximize return on investment.

- Leverage marketplace analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Insights, etc.) to improve performance.

Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

- Maintain optimal inventory health and stock coverage across SKUs and marketplaces.

- Manage returns, replacements, and customer feedback to maintain positive brand ratings.

- Liaise with finance to ensure accurate billing, reconciliations, and payment settlements.

Insights & Reporting

- Track key KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, ASP, CTR, and ad ROI.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, marketing performance, and marketplace analytics.

- Identify growth opportunities using data insights and recommend actionable strategies.

Key Skills Required:

- Proven experience in managing marketplace operations and brand strategy on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, advertising tools, and digital merchandising.

- Excellent knowledge of SEO, paid media, and product marketing strategies.

- Data-driven with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.

- Experience working with creative, supply chain, and performance marketing teams
