- Execute marketing strategy for Marine & Protective & ICO segments, focused on where to play and how to win in India
- Lead end-to-end NPD (New Product Development) in collaboration with Sales, R&D, and key stakeholders
- Drive brand positioning, campaign execution, and channel activation - digital, trade shows, key visuals, and more
- Translate business unit vision into actionable strategies, budgets, and KPIs
- Own pricing analysis and margin delivery
- Build structured, insight-led value propositions through deep customer and competitor research
- Interface with sales teams to scale winning concepts and ensure alignment on messaging and positioning
- Deliver monthly Marketing PMR and track performance rigorously
Solid experience in B2B or industrial marketing - coatings, chemicals, or performance materials is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage NPD pipelines and work cross-functionally with R&D and Sales
- Strong brand management and campaign execution skills across multiple channels
- A commercial mindset - comfortable with pricing, margins, and financial targets
- Excellent stakeholder management in a matrixed organisation
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to turn market insights into winning propositions
