We believe jewellery is more than an accessory - it's a story, a symbol, and a moment captured. We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to safeguard and grow our brand vision while leading day-to-day brand communication across social media, PR, and influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure every piece of content, collaboration, and campaign aligns with MIJA's brand DNA of luxury, meaning, and timeless self-expression.
- Social Media Management: Oversee content calendars, briefs, and approvals with external agencies; maintain a cohesive brand voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- PR & Influencer Coordination: Manage PR agencies and influencer partnerships end-to-end, from strategy and selection to execution and reporting, ensuring meaningful and authentic brand visibility.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead 360- brand campaigns, ensuring timely roll-out of creative assets, product launches, and storytelling moments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, retail, and marketing partners to integrate brand identity consistently across touchpoints - digital, in-store, and experiential.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (engagement, impressions, ROI on influencer campaigns, PR coverage), analyze data, and refine strategies to drive brand growth.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of luxury industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to keep MIJA relevant while remaining true to its essence.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in brand management, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling narratives and present to stakeholders with confidence.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of digital storytelling, influencer ecosystems, and luxury consumer behavior.
- Execution Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple agencies, partners, and deliverables seamlessly.
- Creativity & Sensitivity: A natural eye for aesthetics and storytelling, with sensitivity to luxury positioning and consumer sentiment.
Educational Background:
- MBA/PG/Graduate in Mass Media from Recognized University
