We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the strategic narrative and brand storytelling for our global logistics SaaS brand. This role will be instrumental in shaping our market perception, driving brand equity, and crafting compelling stories that resonate with global enterprises, while strengthening our presence in the Indian market. You will be the custodian of our brand voice, responsible for creative conceptualisation, content amplification, and channel execution across earned and published media.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Narrative & Storytelling
- Develop and own the brands global storytelling strategy to position the company as a thought leader in the logistics SaaS space.
- Translate complex technology solutions into compelling, relatable stories for global and regional audiences.
- Build narratives that align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Drive creative campaigns and content for published media (articles, interviews, thought leadership pieces, industry features).
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate brand storytelling into marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
Media Relations & Market Exposure
- Maintain and grow strong media relationships within the Indian market while developing connections with international trade and business media.
- Drive high-impact media coverage in both domestic and global outlets.
- Manage PR agencies, research agencies, and other external partners to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Research & Insights
- Work with research agencies to identify industry insights, customer trends, and market opportunities.
- Use insights to refine messaging and brand positioning.
Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
- Identify opportunities for media commentary, event speaking slots, and byline contributions in key logistics and tech publications globally.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to shape their personal thought leadership platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 79 years of proven experience in brand management, PR, or corporate communications for a B2B technology or SaaS company (logistics sector experience preferred).
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and narrative development skills with a portfolio of published content.
- Demonstrated creative thinking with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns.
- Deep media connections in the Indian market and a track record of securing top-tier coverage.
- Experience working with global media and understanding of international brand positioning.
- Proven ability to manage research agencies and external creative/PR partners.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS branding in global markets.
- Understanding of digital content amplification strategies.
