Brand Manager - Lifestyle/Luxury Sector

We are looking for a passionate and creative Brand Manager to drive the brand vision, strategy, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in brand communication, campaign execution, and consumer engagement within the jewellery or luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and offline touchpoints.

- Drive seasonal and product launch campaigns in coordination with the creative and retail teams.

- Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling.

- Collaborate with design, retail, and digital teams for seamless brand execution across channels.

- Manage influencer, PR, and event collaborations to enhance brand visibility and equity.

- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies.

- Support visual merchandising and store branding activities to maintain brand identity.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the lifestyle sector.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital marketing.

- Proven experience in handling brand campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in campaign, creative briefing, and vendor management.

- Education: MBA/PG in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field preferred.
