About the Role: Our client is looking for a strategic and innovative Brand Manager to lead our Health, Wellness & Personal Care portfolio. The ideal candidate will blend brand strategy with hands-on product development, ensuring our offerings stand out in a competitive market. A science background (preferred) and experience in FMCG/wellness will be key in driving product innovation and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Marketing: - Develop and execute 360- brand plans to boost visibility, equity, and market share. - Lead ROI-driven marketing campaigns, from digital to retail activations. - Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and consumer insights to refine positioning. - Manage budgets efficiently while maximizing impact. Product Development (Health/Wellness & Personal Care): - Identify market gaps through consumer research, surveys, and trend analysis. - Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, formulation, packaging, pricing, and launch. - Drive eco-friendly/functional packaging (sustainable materials, USP-driven design). - Plan pilot launches, sampling strategies, and retail/DSM partnerships. Cross-functional Leadership: - Collaborate with Sales to align branding with distribution (D2C, retail, e-commerce). - Partner with Supply Chain for cost-efficient production and inventory management. - Work with Creative Teams to ensure scientifically accurate yet compelling marketing. - Track post-launch performance (sales, feedback) and optimize strategies. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's in Science (Mandatory) - MBA in Marketing/Business (Preferred) - Science + Business background ideal. Experience: - 3-5 years in brand management + product development (FMCG, Health Supplements, Personal Care, or Wellness). - Proven success in launching products (portfolio welcome).
