About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand's presence, content strategy, and community engagement. This role is crucial for ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, driving impactful social media campaigns, and fostering relationships that expand our reach and influence. You will act as the guardian of the brand, translating business goals into engaging content and memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Guardianship:

- Brand Management: Act as the brand custodian, ensuring absolute consistency in messaging, visual identity, tone of voice, and quality across all internal and external communications, platforms, and campaigns.

- Strategic Planning: Translate overall business objectives and product roadmaps into cohesive annual and quarterly brand strategies and marketing calendars.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key brand health metrics (e.g., awareness, sentiment, engagement rate, share of voice) and campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations for future strategy optimization.

Content & Social Media Execution:

- Content Calendar Development: Develop and manage a detailed content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal promotions, key campaigns, and cultural moments.

- Daily Posting & Engagement Oversight: Oversee the daily posting schedule and maintain the highest standards for community engagement and moderation across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Creative Conceptualization & Production: Conceptualize and oversee the production of compelling visual content, including high-quality photos, vertical video (Reels, TikToks, Stories), and short-form campaign videos, often managing external freelancers or internal design resources.

- Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media captions, paid advertisements, email newsletters, website, and basic marketing materials.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing:

- Influencer Identification & Engagement: Identify, vet, and actively engage influencers, brand ambassadors, and creators whose audience aligns with the brand's target demographic.

- Partnership Management: Manage and execute collaborative campaigns and partnerships with other brands or organizations to increase reach and introduce the brand to new audiences.

- ROI Tracking: Monitor the performance and ROI of all influencer and partnership activations, negotiating terms and ensuring deliverables are met.

Campaign Management:

- Campaign Planning: Lead the planning and execution of integrated social media and advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth deployment across paid and organic channels.

- Budget Management: Manage the assigned content and social media budget effectively, ensuring optimal spending and tracking expenditures against defined projects.
