We're looking for an MBA from a premier B-school with 3-5 yrs of brand management experience and strong ATL expertise.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead ATL campaigns (TV, print, digital) - Shape brand strategy using consumer insights


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & agencies candidates from FMCG Personal care industry would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.

3. Manage brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment.

5. Create and manage brand budgets, forecasts, and reports.

6. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
