- Build and deliver the topline, bottom and market share of brands portfolio for the client. - Develop/ improve/ Deploy the marketing mix which will upgrade consumers from loose/local brands to the popular brands with strategic price points. - The role entails strategic review of the business, unlock the cost efficiencies in current product P&L to land the right pricing mix to market, design/deploy sourcing approaches and deploy cost efficient freight models in the back end. - The role may entail a complete revamp of the look and feel of pack and brand and driving BTL/ team engagements pricing and profitability decisions are also driven by this role. - The role entails targeted growth planning (state wise), the portfolio would contribute in bottom line delivery and market share gains on overall salt portfolio. - Design and execution of the 4P including ATL/ BTL and festive campaigns to drive brand affinity and offtakes. - Responsible for demand generation as well as co-leading trade scheme planning - Drive the Net Revenue Management (NRM) initiatives - assortment, place, price, pack, promotion/schemes by geography and overall. Design GTM, state expansions, launches and team engagements. - Conduct analytics using internal & external reports/researches and implement data driven brand initiatives - Brand Experience in FMCG company - Strong sales experience and understanding of the business would be preferred - Educational Qualification - MBA (Major in marketing preferred) - Experience - 4+ years in brand management - Hands-on and business driven person with ability to think strategically and produce results - Growth and competitive mindset.
