ROLE SPECIFICATIONS : - Craft the Marketing vision and strategy for the brand. - Conceptualize and manage the product portfolio of Hair Colour, Care, Keratin and Styling - Custodian of the brand and creative strategy. - Lead the imagery and content creation for the brand. - Analyze brand health parameters on a regular basis. - Plan and lead market research / consumer insighting / brand equity studies on the brand.-&nbsp; - Meaningful contribution on overall business strategy as a Function Head. - Development and execution of the Annual marketing plan. - Define the marketing objectives for the year in line with the business objectives and revenue targets. - Efficient utilization of marketing budgets for the assigned AOP plan. - Content creation for the annual marketing campaigns - key brand communication across. product categories; plan and execute trend collections, key visual shoots, product flatlays etc. - Leverage Digital, PR, Print, Activations, Events &amp; Sponsorships, POSM &amp; in-salon visibility, etc to deliver on the integrated marketing plan for the brand. - Liaison with digital, creative, media and PR agencies. - Anchoring the Innovation and NPD pipeline for the business. - Ideate and create an NPD pipeline based on market and consumer interactions. - R&amp;D, Packaging, Design briefs. - Work closely with R&amp;D and Technical team to develop and test formulations of new products. - Collaborate with Packaging, Sourcing and Design teams to develop / refresh the packaging and design for new / existing products. ROLE : MARKETING LEAD - Support to Sales and Technical Functions. - Liaise with Technical team to create product education content and support academy activation. - Develop and strengthen Key accounts for the business. EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : - MBA with about 4-5 years of Professional industry experience in Marketing/Innovation roles.
