Location - Ahmedabad with a renowned FMCG brand. The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the assigned brands by a. Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand b. Complete Business Responsibility for a category of the brand c. Lead Marketing & NPD activities including customer engagement programs and identify product opportunities in Horeca, QSRs & Large Key Accounts for the company Key Deliverables: a. % Achievement on Target - Top Line, Bottom Line b. Timely delivery of NPD Projects c. NPD Pipeline / Stage Gate Milestones d. Brand Health Indicators e.Marketing Execution related KPI (SLA Ahderance, Effectiveness of Spend) Key Activities: a.Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years) b.Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs c.Identify opportunities in Horeca, QSRs and Key Accounts d.Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders e.Lead new product development/customization work for HoReCa segment in coordination with cross functional teams especially R&D team f. Ideate & contribute to planning of ongoing projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.) e.Drive on ground execution with Sales function and other key stakeholders & track success parameters f.Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing Internal Stakeholders: a. On alignment of monthly / quarterly / annual plans for the brand, channel b. Time to time driving of back end actions basis business plan c. Coordination for planned production / changes / additional business ask & its timely delivery d. Approvals & payments to direct vendors Experience (Type & Nature): a.3-6 years of experience in FMCG companies b.Experienced in HoReCa &QSR channel
