Position: Brand Manager - FMCG

Experience: 6-10 years in Brand Management / Marketing (FMCG and/or OTC)

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a Tier- 1 or Tier- 2 institute (preferred)

Role Objective:

Drive brand growth and marketing excellence within the Healthcare Division's OTC portfolio. This role is a key contributor responsible for managing a portfolio of brands, executing integrated marketing strategies, and delivering strong business performance.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end brand management, execute ATL/BTL and digital campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Portfolio Execution:

- Manage OTC brands (based on business allocation).

- Drive end-to-end execution of brand strategies including positioning, messaging, and market activations.

- Support portfolio growth initiatives aligned with category and overall business strategy.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans across ATL (TV, Print) and BTL/Digital channels.

- Lead digital initiatives including social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.

- Partner with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Business Performance & Analytics:

- Track brand performance, market share, and competitive dynamics.

- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spends to improve ROI.

- Support delivery of revenue and profitability targets for assigned brands.

Team Management:

- Mentor and guide team members

- Foster strong ownership, execution rigor, and accountability within the team.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Packaging, Digital, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution.

- Work closely with external partners including creative and media agencies.

- Conduct market visits to gather consumer insights and strengthen market understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 6-10 years in Brand Management / Marketing within FMCG and/or OTC.

- Proven experience independently managing 1-2 brands with measurable impact.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a Tier- 1 or Tier- 2 institute.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing channels.

- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- High ownership with an execution-focused mindset.
