We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Manager to drive brand growth and innovation for an FMCG beauty and personal care organization. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines digital marketing and brand positioning with strong execution and thrives in competitive consumer markets.
You will play a key role in strengthening brand positioning, leading new product launches and accelerating category growth across PAN India markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive topline and bottom-line performance for assigned categories.
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
- Develop brand strategy, communication plans and campaign execution.
- Leverage sales and market data to drive insights.
- Oversee product launches and packaging innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience post MBA (FMCG- cosmetics preferred).
- Strong understanding of brand P&L, commercial acumen and digital marketing.
- Experience in NPD and agency management.
- Analytical, execution-focused and high ownership mindset.
