Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze industry, market trends and consumer behavior for respective category
- Leverage the above and develop product roadmap & long term go-to-market strategy
- Managing product portfolio - pricing, promotions and inventory to optimize category performance
- Ownership of P&L, Sale planning (enablers), Inventory Management & Marketing to achieve goals, Product NPI
- Collaborating with various teams like product development, marketing, sales and to identify and implement new products, services and marketing
- Stakeholder Management - HQ team, Quality, Sales Channels, Marketing, Finance, SCM, AS and CS
- Drive discussions on innovative ideas and best practices across teams & competition, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, product opportunities, and competitive offerings.
- Drive impactful social media campaigns, leveraging analytics and trend analysis to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive Product Life Cycle Management including determining product positioning & messaging, pricing strategies, product launches, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking, develop channel strategy and manage channel conflicts, market sensing & action for sellout management
