Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring.

2. Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.

3. Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision.

4. Annual brand planning & strategy development

5. Budgeting & budgetary control.

6. Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives

7. Maintaining a high Brand Recall index & aiming for achieving the market share in the targeted category

8. Analyse industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKUs, consumer requirements etc. to identify gaps in the current brand portfolio.

9. Designing advertising campaigns & promotional activities.

10. Effective media evaluation & planning to attain maximum ROI.

11. Manage the brand image, positioning, and communication tailored for the institutional sector, ensuring consistency and relevance.

12. Responsible for the development of all ATL/BTL/Digital communication and point of sale strategy including close coordination with trade marketing.

13. Build future growth segment by identifying new product segments and new target groups

14. Work closely with the NPD teams to drive new product launches

Personal Profile:

Qualifications: MBA, preferably from a reputed institute.

Experience:

- Proven track record of working as assistant brand manager or brand manager for the past 1-2 years.

- 2-4 years' experience in handling major brands at a national level in FMCG only.

- Proven track record of developing successful brand and market strategies.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

- Must have In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles and best practices.

- Experience in developing the product portfolio through different channel mix including promotion schemes and advertisement campaign

- Proven experience of managing a large team and fast-growing business.
