Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to guide brand positioning.
- Create annual brand plans with clear KPIs and growth targets.
Marketing & Communication:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels.
- Oversee promotional materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage media planning and creative development with internal and external teams.
Product Development & Innovation:
- Identify new product opportunities and lead NPD (New Product Development) initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to launch new products effectively.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track brand performance metrics including market share, sales, and consumer feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure brand objectives are met.
- Engage with external partners like agencies and distributors to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters or equivalent
- minimum 8- 10 years in Brand handling FMCG experience preferable
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling
