Role: Senior Manager - Brand & Strategy

- We are seeking a visionary leader to architect the future of our brand. As the Senior Manager of Brand & Strategy, you will be the driving force behind our strategic vision, transforming it into powerful initiatives that amplify our market presence, deepen consumer loyalty, and accelerate growth. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a creative edge, who is passionate about building brands and delivering tangible business outcomes.

Your Key Impact Areas:

- Product Innovation & Roadmapping: Spearhead the discovery and conceptualization of new products by synthesizing market trends, consumer needs, and scientific advancements. Guide ideas from concept to launch in collaboration with R&D and supply chain teams, while also refining our existing portfolio for maximum impact.

- Strategic Brand Architecture: Define and evolve the brand's core positioning, narrative, and voice to ensure a distinctive and compelling market presence. You will own the long-term brand strategy, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our mission and values.

- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Harness the power of data, consumer feedback, and market intelligence to uncover hidden opportunities. Your insights will directly inform product development, marketing campaigns, and strategic pivots.

- Integrated Marketing Leadership: Conceive and direct end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and PR channels. You will collaborate with creative and media teams to bring our brand story to life, constantly optimizing for engagement, conversion, and brand recall.

- Compelling Content & Narratives: Oversee the creation of high-impact content that educates, engages, and inspires our community. Ensure a unified brand voice across all platforms, from PR and influencer partnerships to SEO and owned communications.

- Performance & Commercial Acumen: Establish and monitor key brand health and campaign performance metrics. You will be responsible for analyzing ROI, managing budgets effectively, and presenting data-backed recommendations to leadership to steer business strategy.

- End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the entire lifecycle of brand projects, from initial brief to final execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and branding guidelines.

- Influence & Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence. Build and nurture strong relationships with external agencies and internal cross-functional partners to achieve collective goals.

Who We Are Looking For:

- A proven track record of crafting and executing successful brand strategies in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, with expertise in market analysis and performance marketing metrics.

- Hands-on experience with the full digital marketing mix, including influencer strategy, PR, and SEO.

- An exceptional project manager with stellar analytical and organizational skills.

- A natural relationship-builder, skilled at influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office and modern marketing analytics platforms.

- A genuine passion for and curiosity about the skincare, beauty, and wellness industries.
