PLEASE REPLY ONLY IF YoU HAVE BRANDING EXPERIENCE INTO FMCG INDUSTRY Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute brand strategy across GT, MT, and Ecom channels - Lead new product development, from consumer insights to concept creation, packaging, pricing, and launch - Drive in-store marketing, sampling, promotions, and BTL campaigns aligned to the brand's positioning - Plan and execute region-specific brand activations, trade promotions, and merchandising initiatives - Own the brand calendar including seasonality, festive plans, and platform-specific events - Work closely with the sales team to develop channel-specific brand strategies - Collaborate with design, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to bring innovations to market - Track brand health metrics, campaign ROI, and competitive intelligence to refine plans Candidate Profile: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role within FMCG - Experience in foods/beverages preferred - Strong exposure to General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce channel marketing - Hands-on experience in BTL marketing; ATL experience is not mandatory - Demonstrated experience in new product development and launch cycles - Analytical mindset with ability to convert insights into action - Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management abilities
