We are hiring for Event Management company @ Andheri, Mumbai for Brand Manager position.

Client Relationship & Account Leadership:

1. Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, and market challenges.

2. Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Strategic Planning & Brand Development:

1. Lead development of strategic campaign roadmaps, integrated marketing and experiential strategies.

2. Drive innovation by incorporating industry trends and emerging engagement formats.

Campaign & Project Management:

1. Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure seamless delivery.

2. Conduct post-campaign evaluations and performance reviews.

Financial Ownership & Profitability:

1. Monitor cost control and manage account budgets, revenue forecasting, and margin tracking.

2. Ensure commercial viability of proposals and negotiated contracts.

Public Relations & Media Management:

1. Develop PR strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.

2. Coordinate with PR agencies, media houses, and influencers for brand visibility.

3. Lead press release development, media notes, and brand communication narratives.

4. Manage media interactions, press conferences, and event coverage.

5. Track media coverage, impressions, and sentiment analysis for reporting.

6. Support crisis communication planning and reputation risk mitigation when required.

Brand Strategy & Integrated Campaign Development:

1. Translate client briefs into 360-degree campaign strategies (Experiential + Digital + PR).

2. Lead integrated planning ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

3. Drive innovation through insight-led brand engagement ideas.

Data, Insights & Reporting:

1. Analyze campaign performance metrics and client feedback.

2. Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future strategy.

3. Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance brand impact and ROI.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

1. Foster collaboration across departments to strengthen execution excellence.

2. Promote a culture of accountability, creativity, and innovation.

Sales Strategy and Business Growth Enablement:

- Leverage client insights, market intelligence, and campaign performance data to support the business development team in shaping sales strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, and strengthening pitch narratives to improve win ratios and drive revenue growth.

Employer Branding & Market Visibility:

- Support Employer Branding initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to showcase the organization's culture, achievements, and thought leadership across industry platforms, social media, PR opportunities, and events, thereby strengthening the company's reputation as an employer of choice and enhancing brand credibility in the market.

Required Qualifications & Experience Required Skills & Competencies:

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or Public Relations.

- 4-7 years of experience in brand management, PR, advertising, or integrated marketing.

- Experience handling corporate brands and media relationships preferred
