- You'll be the one who ensures people don't just see us, they feel us. Someone who can turn a simple campaign into a movement, and a tagline into a memory.
Your blueprint:
- Own and grow the brand's identity across digital platforms
- Ensure consistency across platforms on how our brand is perceived
- Create campaigns that simplify complex concepts and make them engaging
- Own our social media presence - strategy, content, engagement and memes
- Partner with product, marketing, and design teams to deliver consistent storytelling
- Shape narratives for PR, media, and thought-leadership
- Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and community chatter
- Measure impact with data, then refine and scale what works
Your toolkit:
- 2+ years of experience in brand/marketing and communication roles
- Strong storytelling skills with a dash of creative experimentation
- Social media native - you know what works on LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, and beyond
- PR-savvy - able to draft stories that journalists love and audiences trust
- Ability to balance data-driven decisions with gut instincts
- Experience managing campaigns across digital ecosystems
