Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 7 - 12 Years.

CTC: Up to 40 LPA.

A leading premium beauty retail business is looking for a Brand Manager - Derma to drive business growth across sales, margins, product mix, inventory and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales, margin and overall business growth.

- Manage brand/category performance and profitability.

- Oversee product mix, inventory planning and forecasting.

- Analyse market, consumer and competitive trends.

- Identify opportunities for business and profit growth.

- Work closely with merchandising, finance, marketing and other cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:

- 7 - 12 years of experience in beauty, skincare or dermocosmetics.

- Strong commercial and analytical orientation.

- Experience in brand/category management, retail or e-commerce.

- Exposure to sales, margins, inventory and P&L.

- Strong understanding of premium/luxury beauty and consumer trends.
