Brand Manager - D2C

- Act like the owner of the brand, taking complete ownership of its growth and profitability.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that increases sales and profitability year on year.

- Work closely with sourcing, supply chain management, operations, 3PLs, listing and content, catalogue, digital marketing, D2C, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination and operation of brand activities.

- Coordinate with sourcing and supply chain management teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery, while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.

- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings and content on all relevant e-commerce channels specially amazon.com to maximize visibility and conversions.

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

- Collaborate with the D2C team to ensure an optimal customer experience across all e-commerce channels, including the brand's own website.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

- Monitor the financial performance of the brand and work with the finance team to manage the brand's P&L, including setting targets and budgets, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategy as needed.

- Work with the catalog team to ensure the brand's products are accurately listed, priced, and described.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and adjust strategy as needed.

- Develop and manage relationships with third-party sellers and partners to expand the brand's reach and sales.

- Develop and deliver regular reports to management that provide clear insights into brand progress, including sales, profitability, and growth opportunities.
