Brand Manager
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, positioning, and growth for a fast-growing cosmetic brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own brand strategy, annual marketing plans, and GTM initiatives
- Lead product launches, campaigns, and 360 marketing executions
- Work closely with creative, digital, sales, and external agencies
- Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity
- Manage brand budgets, KPIs, and ROI on marketing spends
Ideal Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management (beauty / cosmetics preferred)
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and storytelling
- Proven experience in product launches and integrated campaigns
