Job Purpose Statement:
To serve as the brand's chief storyteller and creative guardian, translating core business strategies into high-impact visual and narrative assets. The role bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and multi-channel execution, overseeing large-scale productions (ATL/BTL) and ensuring that the brand's voice is cohesive, premium, and resonant across every consumer touchpoint.
Brand Strategy & Narrative Leadership:
- Guardianship of Voice: Define and evolve the brand's verbal and visual identity, ensuring consistency from billboard copy to video scripts.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives (e.g., market entry, product launch) into a comprehensive content roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the creative bridge between the Social Media Manager, Product Marketing, and PR teams to ensure a "one-brand" experience.
- Market Positioning: Conduct creative audits and competitor analysis to identify whitespace for unique brand storytelling.
Production Management & Creative Direction:
- End-to-End Production: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale photo and video shoots, from briefing agencies to overseeing post-production (color grading, sound design).
- Budget Oversight: Manage the annual content and production budget, ensuring maximum creative ROI through strategic resource allocation.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Source and manage relationships with external production houses, directors, photographers, and freelance specialists.
- Quality Assurance: Set the benchmark for "excellence" in all assets, ensuring that every piece of content meets premium industry standards.
ATL & Integrated Campaign Development:
- Mass Media Creatives: Conceptualize and drive Above-The-Line (ATL) assets, including Television Commercials (TVCs), Print Ads, OOH (Out-of-Home), and Cinema ads.
- Integrated Launch Campaigns: Lead the "Master Creative" for 360-degree campaigns, ensuring that the high-level concept trickles down effectively into digital and social formats.
- Pitch & Concept Development: Develop "big ideas" for seasonal or tactical campaigns that can live across both traditional and digital ecosystems.
Team Leadership & Talent Development:
- Team Supervision: Directly manage the Social Media Manager, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure their tactical outputs align with the broader brand strategy.
- Workflow Optimization: Establish creative processes and approval workflows to streamline production and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of creative experimentation, staying ahead of industry innovations in AI-generated content, VR/AR, and new-age filmmaking.
Social Media & ORM:
- Responsible for overview of all social listening and facilitating all related processes on social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
- Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impact on the organization.
- Monitor and manage all ORM related processes
- First-response time, as per agreed SLA
- %age complaints closed within 48 working hrs, as per agreed SLA
- 95%+ capture of social media conversations and its brands in India, across big 5 social platforms, blogs, complaint forums
- Provide actionable input to various stakeholders including corporate communication, marketing and executive leadership on regular and periodic basis to the management team in maintaining and improving the company's reputation.
