This is an individual contributor role and no team under this role.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives for our luxury beauty portfolio. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement across retail, digital, and influencer ecosystems
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and development of annual marketing strategies and calendars.
- Implement 360- marketing and communication campaigns (online & offline) for a portfolio of international haute perfumery brands, including events, product launches, pop-ups, PR initiatives, and digital activations.
- Identify and pursue new brand-building opportunities such as retail partnerships, collaborations, and experiential pop-ups.
- Coordinate the seamless execution of the marketing calendar and ensure timely updates.
- Support public relations, CRM campaigns, email newsletters, and digital media initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, bloggers, and other strategic partners.
- Track, document, and present regular updates and performance reports on marketing initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support across various brand activities.
- Manage advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets efficiently (for Brand Manager role only).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry in India.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong creative acumen with the ability to think innovatively.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural work environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel.
